Grown by different farmers, in different areas and at different altitudes, Sambóa apples show a surprisingly consistent organoleptic profile: the same sweetness, the same crunch and the same OOOH!, wherever they come from.

What makes Sambóa so sweet?
A naturally high sugar content (14–17 °Brix) combined with very low acidity. Nothing added: just the apple, ripened at its own pace.
